Warehouse Workers Wage of $21.60 to $24.10 */hr. based on shift

Warehouse Associate Wages of $18.65 to $21. */hr. based on shift

  • Includes hourly rate plus shift differential pay or key premium pay.

What does a role in Warehouse Operations look like?

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
  • Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests
  • Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests
  • Work safely, quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
  • Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
  • Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
  • Maintains positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

Based on business needs and requirements for a role within Warehouse Operations, you will be considered for the role of Warehouse Worker or Warehouse Associate based on your responses to the questionnaire and assessment you’ll complete during the application process. Requirements associated for each of these roles are outlined below. Additional details on the specific job duties for each of these roles are provided via links at the bottom of this page.

Job requirements for both Warehouse Worker & Warehouse Associate:
  • Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift
  • Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift
  • Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
  • Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
  • Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation
  • Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

Warehouse Worker only:
  • Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift)

Food Distribution Center only:

  • Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer

The Internal Audit Department (IA) at Fallon Health is committed to protecting Fallon Health by conducting independent and objective internal audits and assessments of its operational, financial and compliance controls. IA reports administratively to the Chief Compliance Officer and functionally to the Audit & Compliance Committee and plays a key role in auditing risks identified in the organization. The Internal Auditor II plays a key role in th execution of the annual audit plan and will work under the direction of the Audit Manager, Audit Director, or Lead Auditor.<\u002Fp>\n

  • Supports the internal audit department by participating in a wide variety of audits such as: Model Audit Rule (MAR – internal controls), financial and operational internal audits, SOC audits (incoming and external), and other special projects as assigned. Gathers and analyzes data through a variety of methods including interviews, financial research, etc. This consists of testing key controls, analyzing data to form reasonable conclusions, and preparing audit reports. <\u002Fli>\n
  • Assist in developing the audit planning (scope) and development of audit work programs, and in the execution of audit testing within a specific timeline. Also, prepare and present findings and recommendations based on audit work performed to improve internal controls and other financial and operational processes, and make value-added recommendations. <\u002Fli>\n
  • Effectively communicate with peers and management through email, audit reports, meeting facilitation, etc. This requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills. <\u002Fli>\n
  • This individual will have no direct reports but will mentor entry level stall to ensure high quality audit and project work that meets department protocols and established objectives. This will include providing feedback to Audit Management. <\u002Fli>\n
  • Gather and analyze data through a variety of methods including interviews, financial research, meeting facilitation, etc.<\u002Fli>\n
  • Provide recommendations that will create efficiencies with respect to operations and financial reporting (dashboard, metrics, etc.).<\u002Fli>\n
